DVD5 and DVD9 formats are both different ways to produce DVDs. They are fully licensed for sale in North America. DVD5 is a single layer burn, and DVD9 a double layer. The DVD5 process sacrifices recording space for lower cost, while the DVD9 keeps space available, but is more expensive than DVD5. As a result, special features are often missing from DVD5 discs, while on DVD9 discs, they are only sacrificed on long movies. Both types come with the standard interactive menus seen on regular DVDs.

Case lot sales give us the opportunity to offer you a selection of DVD titles at a much lower price than is generally available. Case lot DVDs are standard factory sealed DVDs with all the special features intact. Title selection varies from lot to lot, and there are a very limited number of each title. We will sell these on a first come first served basis, so check back often if you want to be sure of getting the titles you are looking for. Another option is to send a DVD and Video Request. Once your request is on file, if we receive a title you are looking for, you will be given first option to buy.
